Design

Tell us what you have in mind. We’ll discuss your home, what you’d like lit, and the look you’re going for. Then we’ll put together a custom design and straightforward quote for your property.

Install

We take care of everything. Your lights are custom-cut to fit your home and professionally installed using commercial-grade LED lighting. We handle the details so everything looks clean, bright, and intentional.

Enjoy

Enjoy the lights. We’ll handle the rest. If something needs attention during the season, we’ll take care of it. After the holidays, we return to remove, label, and store your lights until next season.

Most residential projects range from $1,000-$3,000, depending on the size and scope of the display.

Complex rooflines, steep pitches, thee-story installation, or projects requiring specialized access equipment may include an additional installation charge.

Reserve Your Installation

  • A $500 deposit is due at booking to secure your installation, with the remaining balance due once your installation is complete.

  • Your deposit goes towards your total project price, there are no additional booking fees.

  • Non refundable once custom materials are cut/ordered.

Takedown and Storage

When the season ends, we’re not done.

After the holidays, we return to carefully remove your display, label and organize your lights, and store everything for the off season. When next Christmas rolls around, your custom-fit lighting is ready to go; no tangled strands, no storage bins, no hassle.

Takedown can be scheduled within a specific timeframe, or we can come anytime after January 1 and give you a notice before we show up. Your call.

FAQ

Questions? We’ve got you.

  • No. Ringold Property Services owns and maintains all lighting and equipment used for your display. Your service includes the lighting, custom fitting, installation, in-season maintenance, takedown and storage.

  • In-season service is included. If your display needs attention during the season, contact us and we’ll take care of it at no additional charge.

  • Whenever you want. You can either schedule a specific date for takedown, or we can do it anytime after January 1st and give you a 72hr notice before we show up. We’ll remove, organize, label, and store your lighting for you.

  • We schedule installations within a preferred timeframe of your choice. When you book, simply let us know when you'd like your lights installed (for example, "before Thanksgiving" or "anytime during the first week of November"), and we'll do our best to complete your installation around that time.

  • A $500 deposit reserves your installation date and is applied toward your total project price. The remaining balance is due after installation is complete.

  • Yes. Choose from any of our standard color options at no additional cost. Looking for something more unique? Custom color combinations—like purple and gold for Vikings fans—are available for an additional charge.

  • To ensure a consistent, professional display and reliable in-season service, we install our own commercial-grade lighting systems rather than customer-supplied lights.

  • Installation dates are limited and fill as the season approaches. Booking early gives you the best selection of installation dates and may also qualify you for early-season pricing.

  • Generally, no. As long as we have access to the areas and power sources needed for your installation, you don't need to be home while we work.

  • Yes. Ringold Property Services is fully insured.

  • Our standard roofline installation is $10 per linear foot. Steep roofs, three-story homes, complex rooflines, or installations requiring specialized access equipment may include an additional charge. Any additional costs will be included in your estimate before you book.
